Wow, this was our 82nd exchange and we've been able to enjoy a lot of houses and places. But we really put this exchange on a high level through the view, the people, the space (inside and outside) and the environment. Entering was like a warm blanket because of the tasty snacks, the size of this house and the tranquility of nature. And the cows lowing at the neighbors sounded like a warm welcome. Pat and Dara were (are) super and their family also gave us all the help we needed. Back and forth with pick up from the station to car breakdown and key to the house, very nice family. We have been able to admire Ireland with new eyes because of its beauty. Many famous places such as Dublin, Cork, Blarney and Kinsale can be reached in 2 hours. The rock of Mohher was 1 hour away. And how we enjoyed all this, even though it rained a lot, we were distracted and saw only the most beautiful. We had delicious and inexpensive meals at Morrison almost every night. The pub nearby The four Elms was cozy for a nice alcohol and alcohol-free drink, also on tap. With this exchange we felt very much at home and unfortunately 2 weeks flew by.
