On the first floor, there is a double en-suite bedroom, a twin bedroom (with balcony) and a single bedroom. Guests may also enjoy a round of golf on Dunmore East Golf Club which is adjacent to the house and offers panoramic views across the bay to Hook Head lighthouse beyond.

The picturesque and seaside village of Dunmore East has something for everyone from a public play ground, local horse riding, cliff top walks, sailing & water sports at the
harbour, and tennis at the local public courts. The village is 20km from the Viking city of Waterford where a 40km greenway to Dungarvan begins (bikes available to hire). The village is 12km from Tramore which boasts a 5km long beach and a vast array of children's amusements.
