House in quiet surroundings with easy acces to the many offerings of Copenhagen and Northern Zealand. Walking distance to the beach. Use of our kayaks and bikes can be arranged. The house has a nice livingroom which is connected with a dining space and an open, well equipped kitchen. Terraces facing east, south and west ensuring sun most of the day. One bathroom with toilet plus a guest toilet. Two bedrooms. The house can be heated with the wood stove or the central heating. In the garden is a greenhouse with seeting and a small table. The cats will be in a cat pension when we homeswap, but there may be cat hair in the house even if we do our best to clean it.
