Presently have exchange from Sep 31 to Oct 30 2023. Looking now to tag onto Oct 30 2023.
VANCOUVER - Waterfront downtown location with beautiful view of English Bay. Central to almost everything including Stanley Park and Granville Island. One bedroom with den convertible to bedroom for 2. Can sleep 4 maximum. 1bedroom with Den.
I would look after your place with respect and I expect the same from my exchange guests. As I am Asian, one of our custom is to take our outdoor shoes off at the entrance and switch to a softer indoor shoes. I would like my guests to respect our custom. Please tell me what your customary wants are and I will also respect your wishes.

The condo is available for non simultaneous exchange in Mar, April or May 2024.
We are open to all exchanges anytime & anywhere, but are particularly open to warm climates from November to April (Hawaii, southwest U.S.A., anywhere that is warm.).
Also looking for European destinations such as the south of France, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Greece and Great Britain.
It is important that we find our condo clean when we get home as I would do to your home upon our leaving.
Indoor slippers is preferred which we are able to provide.
We prefer no smoking and no pets.
