Beskrivelse af vores byttebolig
This new single family home is located in Kimberley, recently voted British Columbia’s best small town. Situated in the Columbia Valley, we are directly adjacent to the magnificent Rocky Mountains, where outdoor recreation opportunities abound. Want to mountain bike or fat bike right from the front door? You got it! Feel like downhill or Nordic skiing? It’s a 10 minute drive to the Kimberley Alpine Resort or to the outstanding Nordic Centre
Our property borders the Kimberley’s Nature Park, one of Canada’s largest regional parks. There are also three beautiful golf courses, plenty of lakes, and of course the lovely City of Kimberley itself. You’ll also be in driving distance of three national parks (Banff, Yoho, and Kootenay), as well as four other world-class ski resorts (Fernie, Panorama, Kicking Horse, and Lake Louise).
Our 2-bedroom, 3-bath home is just over one year old, and is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to all amenities. We have a fenced yard, a garden, and lots of parking. The home is pet-friendly (dogs only).

You are three minutes from the town centre, the Platzl, a pedestrian only street where you will find restaurants, cafes and boutiques, a climbing gym, along with two micro breweries and a distillery. We have a small art centre, Centre 64, a library and a museum. Within walking distance, you will find a health food store, banks and many other convenient shops. The swimming pool, tennis courts and curling arena are on the way to the town centre
