Just a preamble......I am hoping for a city-based swap, so more rural locations may not be as attractive - I apologise for that; the hustle and bustle of the city is something I enjoy - but rainy and windy and cold is also attractive, so always worth the question :)

Also - an exchange in Dec-Feb may be difficult due to needing to be here to deal with bushfires - but still worth asking
