Large modern two storey family home in a quiet seaside suburb 50km south of Perth CBD. Large outdoor entertaining area with outdoor kitchen / BBQ facilities and tranquil garden setting. Downstairs - Modern kitchen with open plan living and dining. Large lounge room with flat screen TV. Large separate activity room also with flat screen tv / dvd player. Netflix and Stan streaming services. Downstairs powder room.
Upstairs - Master bedroom with king bed / balcony and ensuite with bath, shower and separate toilet. Main bathroom (shower, bath and separate toilet). Bedroom 2 - Queen bed - sleeps 2 (teenage girl). Bedroom 3 - king single (teenage boy). Bedroom 4 - used as a study (unavailable). Use of Kayaks and push bikes. Close to protected beaches, cafes, shopping centres and public transport.

Safety Bay is a quiet seaside suburb 50km south of Perth CBD. A Friendly quiet neighbourhood with a mixture of young families and retirees. Renowned location popular with Kite Surfers and Windsurfers. Safety Bay has many Protected family beaches, attractions and cafes nearby. It is a short 20 min / 3 km bike ride to Rockingham Foreshore from our home.

A great location to access the south west region of Western Australia, head down to the coastal seaside town of Mandurah well known for its famous Blue swimmer crabs only 30km away or further south to Busselton / Margaret River wine region 185km away.
Head north to historical Fremantle 34km and explore the area or catch the ferry to Rottnest Island. Or Head north to Perth's Swan Valley wine region only 80km north.
Many great seaside cafes, restaurants and attractions in the local area and Rockingham foreshore.
Only 5.5km from the Rockingham train station.

House is required to be left neat and tidy. Bed linen removed and used towels placed in laundry for cleaning at end of stay. No smoking allowed on the property. Be mindful of neighbours with noise kept to a low level. Any damages or loss to property or household items to be replaced or repaired at occupants cost or insurance excess charges to be covered. Young children to be supervised - Property has open access to fish ponds, staircase and cabinet display items. Motor vehicle usage will only be allowed to licensed vehicle drivers over the age of 24 with kilometre restrictions to be discussed prior to exchange. Household instructions will be provided.
Pet Care - Outdoor fish have an automatic feeder lasting 3 weeks before refill of food required. Happy friendly Jack Russell dog can remain if you are happy to care for him or he can be removed from the property during your stay.
