We enjoy spending time with family - especially the grandchildren, however relish our time travelling to places far and wide. Our spacious apartment has heating and cooling and is VERY easy to live in - hence all of our visitors!
We are active and enjoy touring countries, meeting our hosts and becoming part of the local community. We enjoy cycling, trekking and sampling
In 2019 we visited Scotland, Denmark, Wales, England (taking in the Ashes cricket), Italy, Germany, Austria and Dubai. While we were away, we had two home exchanges - firstly a lovely couple from France and secondly, a wonderful family from Canada.
We're now going to France, Italy and Switzerland and our home will be available for exchanges from 15 September to 1 November 2022. Get in touch if you're keen for an Australian adventure!!

Be AMAZED by the Gold Coast and all that Queensland has to offer! There is SO much to see, taste and experience.
We are experienced exchangers whose guests love staying in our home. We are well located with direct access to the Broadwater and via Marina.
Our views from every room are world class. You will enjoy a short walk to restaurants and convenience stores and a comfortable 60 min drive to Brisbane's CBD via car or train.
We have walking paths by the Broadwater with accessible bike pathways all around the Coast.
Our vehicle and bikes are also available during exchange.

Our neighbourhood is safe, inviting and friendly. You can enjoy walks along the beach or adjacent pathway/bikeway to restaurants, cafes and other amenities. Access to our apartment is via lift from ground level or secure basement carpark.
Close to Australia's best theme parks - boasting views of Sth Stradbroke island and Pacific Ocean, Southport city scape (fantastic at night). You'll also be able to watch or enjoy the many activities on the Broadwater.
Brisbane CBD is a 60 minute drive up the M1 or via train from Helensvale Station. Coolangatta airport is a 50 min drive south.

From our apartment, it is a short walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants and playgrounds. World class seafood is available across the road. SeaWorld is a 10 minute drive and a short 20 min drive will deliver you to Australia's premiere theme parks - Dreamworld, MovieWorld and Wet n' Wild water park.
