The aparment is part of an old lake house (a rustico now split into 3 flats) refurbished a few years ago.
A terrific 180° Lake Como view can be enjoyed from any room as well as from the balcony or the garden.
The apartment is on the top 2 floors of the old lake house, which is split into 3 flats now.
Guests can access the apartment straight from the private parking lot and get into the attic where the living room, kitchen and balcony are.
Going downstairs you can reach the 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other one with 2 single beds (this could be set up with a king size as well)
The bathroom is endowed with both shower and bath tub.

The house is located in a quiet area. Is perfect for those are looking for a relaxing time.
The bus stop is 50 meters from the Lake House and you can easly reach the ferry by an handy mule track.
However hiring a car is highly recommended to visit lakeside.

In Riva di Faggeto, which is at 5 minutes walking distance from the Lake House, there's a tiny sandy beach where you can enjoy the lake, swim, have a drink and during the weekends also enjoy some live music.
At 50 meters from the Lake House door you can start hiking on a trail which bring you up to the summit of Monte Palanzone.
At walking distance, 10 minutes, you can reach Mr. Mostes' Shipyard and hire a boat.

I don't like to call them rules but I couldn't come up with a word as short as this. It's mainly about respect.
This is the place we stay during our weekends and holidays, so it's our home, it's a place we really care about.
As we are not able to fully enjoy it, we liked the idea to share it with other people and give them (you) the chance to enjoy the beauty of this place.
We'd like you to take the same care we do when you stay. And please do not smoke indoor.
That's all about rules.
